A: The heart chakra is the fourth of the seven major energy centers of the human body, located in the middle of the chest. It governs love, acceptance and self-worth. An imbalanced heart chakra may make you feel closed off and distrustful. Our crystals emit gentle vibrations to help you open your heart chakra, accept and love yourself.
Q3. Are the stated origins of the crystals authentic?
A: Yes. Our crystals are sourced from mines around the world, including tourmaline from Brazil, rose quartz from Madagascar and Super Seven from South Africa. All pieces are carefully selected to retain their natural textures and energies, with no artificial dyeing or modification.
Q4. Are the crystal accessories handmade?
A: Yes. All our crystal accessories are handcrafted in small batches. Our team selects, polishes and assembles every piece personally. Each item carries the warmth of handwork and features one-of-a-kind subtle differences.
Q5. How long will delivery take?
A: Orders within Hong Kong will be delivered in 3 to 7 working days. Shipments to Taiwan and other overseas regions take 7 to 14 working days, subject to customs clearance. A tracking number will be provided after dispatch for you to check the delivery status.

Q7. Can I return or exchange the crystals?
A: Crystals are personal energy carriers and natural unique minerals. Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the goods are damaged upon arrival. Please contact our customer service within 3 days if you receive defective products.
Q8. How to take care of crystals?
A: Keep crystals away from cosmetics, perfume and other chemicals. Please take them off while bathing or exercising. Wipe gently with clean water regularly, or place them under moonlight for purification to maintain their luster and energy.
