Cooling-off Period
These products are personal energy accessories with exclusive energetic connection to users. In accordance with relevant regulations, the 7-day cooling-off period is not applicable.
Returns and exchanges are only accepted for manufacturing defects or damage caused during delivery. Returns for other reasons will not be accepted.

Return & Exchange Rules
1. Returns & exchanges are only allowed for manufacturing defects or shipping damage (cracks, breakage, severe scratches, etc.). Clear photos or videos as proof are required.
2. All claims must be submitted within 3 working days upon receipt of goods. Late claims will be regarded as product acceptance.
3. Items must be returned with complete original packaging, without any signs of use or man-made damage.
Non-acceptable Returns
• Claims submitted after 3 working days
• Items used, or returns due to personal preference and energetic discomfort (not physical damage)
• Products damaged artificially, or incomplete packaging & accessories
• Malicious returns and excessive repeated returns
Return Process
1. Contact customer service with your order number and damage proof.
2. After verification, you will receive return instructions.
3. Send back the item with full original packaging as required.
4. Refund will be processed within 7–14 working days after we receive and inspect the item.
Refund Instructions
• Credit Card Payment: The amount will be refunded to your original credit card account.
• Other Payment Methods: Funds will be transferred to your designated bank account within 7–14 working days. Actual arrival time depends on the processing of banks and payment platforms.
